Kelly Springer
, CPDT-KA
Trainer & Behaviorist
From the earliest days of her childhood, Kelly Springer has been deeply connected to the world of animals. Growing up, her days were filled with dreams of becoming an animal trainer, a passion that was nurtured by her family’s belief that every animal, no matter its circumstance, deserves love and care. Her home became a sanctuary where she was known as the neighborhood’s go-to person for any rescued animal, no matter how big or small. Whether it was a stray dog needing a warm bed or an injured bird requiring gentle care, Kelly never hesitated to lend a helping hand.
This lifelong devotion to animals naturally led her to pursue a career where she could make a difference. Today, as a certified professional dog trainer and behaviorist, Kelly continues to live out her passion by dedicating her life to helping animals in need and guiding their owners to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with their pets. She specializes in agility training, using it as a powerful tool to strengthen the bond between dog and owner. Kelly's classes are designed not just to give dogs a physical workout but to challenge their minds as well, ensuring they leave feeling both fulfilled and ready for a well-deserved rest.
Students who attend Kelly's agility classes often arrive with dogs brimming with energy and enthusiasm, eager to begin their training journey. Through Kelly's expert guidance, these dogs learn to channel their energy in positive ways, returning home not just physically tired but mentally enriched. Kelly’s unique approach to training, which blends discipline with compassion, leaves a lasting impact on both dogs and their owners, fostering relationships built on trust, understanding, and mutual respect.
To this day, she still does everything she can for an animal in need. Kelly teaches agility as a tool to build the relationship with both dog and owner, whilst giving the dog a workout of the mind and body. Students come with dogs who are excited, energetic, and ready to get started, and leave with a dog who is ready to take a nap!
